What are my Shipping Options?

Fed Ex ground shipping is recommended on all Paks. Shipping price varies by delivery location. If you would like to upgrade your shipping we also have a FedEx Express Saver option.

FedEX Ground Shipping: 2-5 business day delivery

FedEx Express Saver: 3 business days or less

When will my RacePak arrive?

We try and ship almost all orders within 24 hours of ordering. Monday- through-Friday. Delivery time will vary based on your shipping method. Please see the below FedEx Shipping Map to help estimate delivery

Where does RacePak ship to?

We currently ship anywhere in the United States, and are exploring cost effective ways to ship overseas

Will you let me know when my RP has been shipped?

Absolutely! You will receive an email the minute your Pak has shipped

My RP box arrived damaged, now what?

If your box or if any of the items were damaged in transit, contact us and we will gladly ship you a new Pak

Can i Customize my RP?

At this time we do not offer customized otions, but we are exploring a custom Pak in the future

How did you go about selecting the items that you put in your Paks?

We firmly believe in putting the right kind of fuel in your body. That is why we are committed to having our RacePaks only contain products that met our health standards to provide clean fuel or healthy indulgences. We are always on the hunt for the best products to include in our Paks

Where do I submit a product to be reviewed by the RP team?

If you have a suggestion for Paks or Products we would love to hear about it. Shoot us an email! If you are the first to suggest a new Pak or product that makes it permanently on to our site we will send you a RacePak for free!

Can I get my Boxes at the Expo or Online?

Both! You can have boxes sent or you can purchase them at the races we will be at this year

When is a good time to send a box?

There is never a bad time to send a RacePak! Our Paks are the perfect surprise to encourage an athlete in the midst of training or celebrate a big accomplishment

What Races will RacePak be at this year?

We will be at a number of road races and triathlons in the NorthEast this year. Check our News section for where we will be next!
